Nicolás Quintana S.L.U. Repair Workshop aspires to remain a benchmark in the industrial and naval mechanics sector on the island of Tenerife, developing its activities under criteria of sustainability and respect for the environment, being aware that the activities carried out in its facilities must be developed through a correct environmental performance and under the premise of environmental protection, always providing the service with the highest quality and the protection of health and safety at work.
For this reason, this Quality and Environment and Health and Safety at Work Policy is established based on the following strategic principles:
- Establish policies and procedures in which the customer is a priority, with a clear vocation for service and the challenge of meeting their expectations and needs.
- Comply with applicable local, regional, national and European Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Legislation and Regulations as well as other requirements to which the organisation may subscribe.
- Continuously improve and prevent Pollution, i.e. minimise and avoid, as far as possible, the environmental impacts generated by our activity, as well as continuously improve Health and Safety at work.
- To involve, train and make the people who make up the Organisation responsible for respecting, sharing and applying the Quality and Environmental Management System, whether they are workers, suppliers, subcontractors or other interested parties.
- To have multi-skilled workers by keeping them continuously trained.
- Pay special attention to the needs and expectations of our customers and stakeholders in order to provide a quality service that we can improve sustainably over time.
- To provide all possible resources so that our facilities and infrastructures can comply with the applicable requirements and allow us to offer our clients quality services and transmit confidence in our work.
- To establish the occupational health and safety conditions necessary to prevent injury and deterioration of the health of people over whom the organisation has influence, as well as to eliminate hazards and reduce risks.
- To take into account the opinion of workers and their representatives for aspects related to Health and Safety at work.
